Ken’s Gutters has local teams on-the-ground in every major city in California, from Redding to San Diego. We are licensed and insured in California and we work with many if not all of the largest property management firms in the state.
Pricing varies, depending mostly on the total linear footage of gutter to be cleaned. We won’t charge for peak periods or against whether-related events that might have increased the debris in your gutters. Height and ease of access are factored in where relevant, but we’re used to all heights and roof types. With the cost-savings we pass on to you, we can almost guarantee we will provide the most competitive bids and deliver quality service consistently.
We’re typically complete on most properties within a day, however the size of your MFH and the number of separate buildings are factors that could understandably extend that time. We aim to service MFHs at the most convenient time for residents and with as little interupption to your on-site team as feasible. Because we’re fully equipped and fully licensed and insured, we’re able to operate within our own oversight systems.
Aside from granting property access, a member of your team will not have to be on-site. Instead, we will photograph and upload for your immediate and real-time viewing, photos of your gutters Before and After we clean them, and on each separate building we service.
