We’re typically complete on most properties within a day, however the size of your property or MFH [multi-family housing] and the number of separate buildings are factors that could understandably extend that time. We aim to service MFHs at the most convenient time for residents and with as little interruption to your on-site team as feasible. Because we’re fully equipped and fully licensed and insured, we’re able to operate within our own oversight systems.
Aside from granting property access, we do not require a member of your team (or family) to be present. Instead, we will photograph and upload for your immediate and real-time viewing, photos of your gutters Before and After we clean them, and on each separate building we service.
